Mr. Salvador F. Luna Jr. passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on March 13, 2019. He was 37.
Salvador was born in Watsonville to his proud parents Salvador M. Luna (deceased) and Silvia Falcon. Sal was a proud father who loved his family and adored his daughter Emely. Sal’s children were his pride and joy. At the age of 7, he began to taking interest in anything mechanical and electrical often referring to anything broken as “it’s still good." Following his father’s trade in refrigeration, Sal’s knowledge, skills and expertise made him a Master Appliance Technician. He kind heartedly often offered his time to teach others. Sal enjoyed life, family and had a passion for ATV racing. He was always there to brighten the lives of others with his laugh and unique sense of humor. It was easy to make friends because he was such a joy to be around. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, father, husband as well as an amazingly funny uncle.
Salvador is survived by his wife, Zulema Gutierrez Luna and children; Emely, Victor, Yooselin, Salvador G. Luna III. He is also survived by his siblings; Sandra and Hector Luna and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 5-9 PM. Friday, March 29, 2019 a funeral service will take place at 10 AM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
