Daughter: Alyssa Falcon. Nieces: Tonantzin, Amaya, Ariana, Audrina, Malia, Zyana and Olivia. Nephews: Thomas, Tristan and Richie.
He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who cared and loved him dearly.
Alfonso was born in Watsonville on June 3, 1984 to Patricia Ann Tavera and Alfonso Falcon. He graduated from high school in 2002, attended Cabrillo College and used his mechanical talents working in auto shops and motorcycle shops. His true loves were his daughter Alyssa and his mom, who were also the most important part of his life.
Alfonso was a devoted father, brother and cherished his family so much. He played organized baseball and football and was a Forty-niner Faithful. He enjoyed Sublime Music and at the age of 16 he was the lead singer in a band. His passions were riding skateboards and enjoying the beach. He had such an awesome sense of humor and could bring you up when you were feeling down. He had a warm and beautiful heart to match his beautiful smile. You just knew he loved and cared about you by the way his eyes made contact with yours. If you were fortunate enough to be blessed with one of his hugs you would remember that moment always.
Alfonso will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. We will always have fond memories of him and his legacy will live on forever.
A visitation service for Alfonso’s family and friends will be held on Friday, September 4th from 5:00-9:00pm at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main Street, Watsonville.
