Aurelia - Gomez

On Thursday, May 22, 2025 Aurelia Gomez peacefully passed away surrounded by her family. She was 78.

Aurelia was a woman of many wonderful traits. She was a Foster mother and owner of a daycare. Aurelia enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Alfonso Gomez and her children, Jacqueline, Francisco, Esmerelda Gomez and Roberta Rodriguez. Aurelia is also survived by her siblings, Pedro, Carmen, Aurora, Mercedes, Ana Maria, Gabino, Javier, Juan Manuel Parra and her 4 grandchildren and 40 godchildren.

Aurelia was preceded in death by her parents, Joaquin Parra and Cipriana Lerma.

Visitation services will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 5-9 PM with a rosary at 7PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Valley Catholic Church at 10 AM with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
