Gabriel Dimas Cortez

Gabriel Dimas Cortez “Gavino” peacefully passed away on Thursday August 8,2024. He was 55.

Gabriel was born on May 15,1969 in Uruetaro, Michoacan to his parents Juan Dimas and Esperanza Cortez.

Gabriel worked hard to obtain his CDL and his U.S. citizenship. He was a fun person to be around and very outgoing. He was a very hardworking man. He enjoyed dancing and listening to music and trying different cuisines.

Gabriel is survived by his children Barbara Dimas, Javier Dimas, and Martin Dimas, his granddaughter Viviana Dimas, and his siblings Raul Dimas, Angeles Dimas, Bulmaro Dimas, and Juan Dimas.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday August 21,2024 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel a Holy Rosary will commence at 7:00PM. A Mass will take place on Thursday August 22,2024 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish at 10:00AM with a burial to follow directly at Valley Public Cemetery.
