Gerardo Manuel Barajas-Carreon

Gerardo Manuel Barajas-Carreon passed away on Wednesday June 11, 2025, at 40 years old.

Gerardo was born on September 3, 1984, in Watsonville, California to his parents Gerardo A. Barajas and Martha O. Barajas.

Gerardo was a proud U.S. Airforce Veteran who enjoyed living life to the fullest. He loved to keep active, spending his free time surfing, scuba diving, skimboarding, playing tennis, and golfing. He was a kind, adventurous, and loving man who will be missed by his family and friends deeply.

Gerardo is survived by his son Daniel Isaiah Barajas, his parents, Gerardo and Martha Barajas, and his siblings, Hector Alejandro Parra, Edgar Eduardo Barajas, Aaron Barajas, and Jocelyn Barajas.

A memorial service will be held for Gerardo on Sunday July 6, 2025, at 5PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. There will be a funeral Mass at Our Lady Help of Christians Church on Monday July 7, 2025 at 10AM followed by a burial at Valley Public Cemetery.
