On October 5, 2025, Heliodoro Medina Santos passed away at home surrounded by his family. He was 81.

Heliodoro was born on July 3, 1944, in Tecolotlan, Jalisco, Mexico to his parents, Francisco Santos and Eucibia Medina.

Heliodoro enjoyed spending time with his family and adored his grandchildren and great grandson. He was an avid sports fan and loved watching his teams play. His favorite teams were the Dodgers, Chivas Atlas of Liga MX and Manchester United F.C. of the Premier League. He also enjoyed the rodeo and watching bull riding.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean Santos, his son, Helio Francisco Santos, his siblings, Juan Santos, Monica Martinez and Felicita Santos, his grandchildren Hailee Suber, Adrian Santos, Francisco Santos, Samantha Santos, Brianna Santos and Alexander Santos, and his great grandson, Amari Suber.

A visitation service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with the recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. The burial will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park.

Donations can be made to the family at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel.
