Jose Lopez

On Saturday, February 18, 2017 Jose Carmen Lopez peacefully passed away surrounded by his family in Watsonville. He was 83.
Jose was a man of many wonderful traits. He loved the Oakland A's baseball and enjoyed BBQing for his family and friends. Jose also enjoyed gardening, mariachi music, dancing with his beloved wife and spending time with his family who he truly cherished. To a loving Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather and Friend you will be forever missed and always cherished in our hearts.
Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Crecencio Lopez and Dolores Saucillo, his siblings Antonio Lopez and Georgina Lopez and his granddaughter Patricia Lopez.
Jose is survived by his wife, Maria Luisa Lopez and his sons; Vicente Lopez and Jose Crecencio Lopez. He is also survived by his siblings; Alejandro Lopez, Amelia Aboytes, Luciana Mosqueda Lopez, Angelica Zuniga and is survived by 8 of his grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation services will be held on Monday, February 27, 2017 from 5-9 PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Valley Catholic Church at 10 AM with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
