Jose Gustavo Rodriguez Arzola

Jose Gustavo Rodriguez Arzola passed away at home surrounded by his family on April 24, 2026, in Royal Oaks, California.

Gustavo was born in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico on August 21, 1955, to his parents Esteban and Mercedes Rodriguez de la Cruz.

He is remembered as a loving family man who was always the life of the party. Gustavo greatly enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially when it came to camping, fishing, and hunting. For most of his life he worked in Agricultural with a strong passion for strawberries

Gustavo is survived by his beloved wife Maria, his children Steven and Veronica Rodriguez, grandchildren Steven Rodriguez, Kharisma Bonilla, Alyssa Rodriguez, and Abraham Bonilla. He also leaves behind his siblings: Chacha, Nini, Esteban, Yanina, Roy, Daniel, and Carlos, and many extended family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held for Gustavo on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
