Luis Ayala Jr. passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Sutter Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley. He was 67 years old.
He was born on August 31, 1950 to Luis Ayala and Irene Pena.
Luis Ayala Jr. was a wonderful husband, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, and a great man.
He was born in Wisconsin, raised in Texas, and lived in Watsonville for the last 50 years.
He was a faithful member of Jehovah's Witnesses. He worked many years as a grease man for Watsonville Cannery. He enjoyed time preaching, giving advice from the Bible, and talking about his faith to all who were willing to listen.
Mr. Ayala Jr. was preceded in death by his father Luis Ayala, mother Irene Pena, siblings Guadalupe, Irene, Ruth, and Abel Ayala.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Esperanza Ayala. Children: Noemi Jauregui, Daniel Ayala, and Maria E. Vasquez. His siblings: Guillermina, Miguel, Noe, Daniel, Esther, David, Raquel, Samuel, Leticia, Luis, Michael, Veronica, 4 grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
There will be a gathering held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 480 S. Green Valley Rd, Watsonville, CA 95076 on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
Visitation will be held at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel on Sunday, September 17, 2017 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Burial will be at Valley Public Cemetery on Monday, September 18, 2017.
