Luisa R. Baltazar passed away peacefully on April 18, 2026, at the age of 67.

Luisa was born on September 10, 1958, to her parents Alfa Hidalgo Rodriguez and Bonfilio Rodriguez Rojas in Morelos, Mexico. She married Armando Baltazar and was a long-time resident of Santa Cruz County.

There are not enough words to describe our loving mother. She always had a beautiful smile. She enjoyed listening to her favorite music, dancing, cooking, and spending time with family and pets. She devoted her life with unconditional love to everyone around her, especially to her family. From a very young age, she learned to be resilient who never gave up despite the challenges and difficulties along her path. She will always be remembered for her big heart. Her legacy will live on.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Sofia, Alicia, Margarita, Maria Elena, Carmen, Rosa; her brother Angel Rodriguez, and her parents Alfa and Bonfilio.

She is survived by her husband Armando Baltazar; her children Armando Baltazar Jr., Alberto Baltazar, Maribel Baltazar-Monroy; her siblings David Rodriguez, Alfredo Rodriguez, Rene Rodriguez, Hilda Rodriguez; her 7 grandchildren Isaac Baltazar, Giovanni Baltazar, Sophia Monroy Baltazar, Raphael Monroy Baltazar, Vicente Baltazar, Victoria Baltazar and Daniella Monroy Baltazar.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 5-9 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 10 AM at Our Lady Help of Christians Church with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.



Luisa R. Baltazar falleció pacíficamente el 18 de abril del 2026 a la edad de 67.

Luisa nació el 10 de septiembre del 1958 a sus padres Alfa Hidalgo Rodriguez y Bonfilio Rodriguez Rojas en Morelos, Mexico. Ella estaba casada con Armando Baltazar y era una residente del condado de Santa Cruz por muchos años.

No hay suficientes palabras para describir a nuestra amorosa madre. Ella siempre tuvo una hermosa sonrisa. Ella disfrutaba escuchando su música favorita, bailar, cocinar y pasando tiempo con la familia y las mascotas. Ella dedicó su vida, con amor incondicional, a todos los que la rodeaban, especialmente a su familia. La sobreviven su esposo Armando Baltazar y sus hijos Armando Baltazar Jr., Alberto Baltazar, Maribel Baltazar-Monroy; sus hermanos David Rodriguez, Alfredo Rodriguez, Rene Rodriguez, Hilda Rodriguez; sus 7 nietos Isaac Baltazar, Giovanni Baltazar, Sophia Monroy Baltazar, Raphael Monroy Baltazar, Vicente Baltazar, Victoria Baltazar y Daniella Monroy Baltazar.

Se celebrará una velación el miércoles 6 de mayo del 2026 de 5 p.m. a 9 p.m. en Ave Maria Memorial Chapel. Una Misa Fúnebre se celebrará el jueves 7 de mayo del 2026 a las 10 a.m. en Parroquia María Auxiliadora y el entierro seguirá en el Cementerio Valley Publico a un lado de la Parroquia.
