On April 6, 2017 Marcelina Lopez Ruiz peacefully passed away surrounded by her family in Watsonville. She was 84.
Marcelina was born on May 21, 1932 in Bellavista, Jalisco Mexico.
Marcelina was a woman of many wonderful traits. She loved attending her daily Elderday in Santa Cruz, where she loved her friends and the staff dearly. Ultimately, her life was devoted to her family and their happiness. Marcelina will be forever missed and always cherished in our hearts.
Marcelina is survived by her children; Elba, Salvador, Francisco, Gregorio, Celso, Juan, Cristina, Magdalena, Elida and Consuelo Gonzalez and her brother, Fermin Lopez Ruiz and her 23 grand daughters and 19 grandsons and 37 great grandchildren.
Visitation services will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 3-9 PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel.
