Maria Rodriguez Castellanos peacefully passed away at home surrounded by family on August 22, 2022. She was 93.
Maria was born on November 18, 1928, in Jamay, Jalisco, Mexico. She was a native of Watsonville.
She is survived by her children Eva, Jorge, Ramiro, Roberto, Llavida, Rosa Elena, Leticia, Gerardo and 27 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son Jose Luis and husband Grover Rodriguez.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel from 5:00-9:00 PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at St. Patrick’s Church at 10:00 AM with the burial to follow directly after at Valley Public Cemetery.
