A native resident of California. A Father to three daughters: Virginia, Alexandria, and Gabrielle. Brother of four sisters: Sue, Cathy, Denise, and Lisa
Grandfather of Seven: Cyrius, Damian, Sebastian, Sunny, Jocelyn, Serena, and Nevaeh. Son of Richard Baldwin Hipp Sr. and Diane Hipp
Also survived by Sixteen nieces and nephews, Thirty-one Great Nieces and Nephews and his Mother Inlaw Estella J. Reyes.
Liked to fish and visit with his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial is 1:00pm on March 23, 2018, at the VFW Hall, 1960 Freedom Blvd, Freedom, CA. 95019
