Tiffanni Jill Maldonado

Feb 18, 1966 — Sep 26, 2026

Aptos, Ca

Tiffanni Jill was born on February 18, 1966, in Salinas, California, to Herlinda Lopez and Pete Jimenez. She passed away peacefully on the evening of Saturday, September 26th, surrounded by her children, grandchildren, sister, and godchildren. The room was filled with love and laughter—exactly the way she would have wanted.

Tiffanni raised her children with her former husband, Eddie Casillas, in Watsonville, California. Their home was the heart of countless family gatherings. She had a gift for hosting, creating beautiful celebrations where every detail mattered. She truly was the life of the party.

Throughout her adult life, Tiffanni devoted herself to caring for her family. After her children were grown, she found joy in her work as general manager at Marini’s on the Boardwalk. Summers were busy, but she loved being a “momma bear” to her staff. After retiring, she cherished her time at home caring for her grandchildren. Her artistic spirit also flourished through her work with Stella Paige Designs, where she created jewelry and handbags—an endeavor she continued until her passing.

For the last 22 years, Tiffanni shared her life with her husband, Randy Maldonado. Together they enjoyed weekend trips, long walks on the beach, and dancing. Randy described meeting Tiffanni as “meeting an angel who smiled with her eyes.” Anyone who knew her agreed—Tiffanni’s radiant smile could brighten any day. In her final years, she was lovingly accompanied by her dog, Montgomery (Monty), and her cat, Missy.

Tiffanni will be remembered for her impeccable style, generous heart, and deep love for her family. Her grandchildren inherited many of her best qualities—her joy of cooking, her artistic abilities, her love of animals, and, of course, her passion for shopping.

She is survived by her three children: Marty Casillas, Jillian (Adrian) Morales, and Trisha Casillas; her husband, Randy; her stepdaughter, Hailey (Brandyn);her mother, Herlinda; her sister, Trisha; her godchildren; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who were by her side during her brief illness.

She leaves behind nine extraordinary grandchildren: Gabriella Pilar, Laila Marie, Marley Anne, Nicolas A.J, Alyana Brees, Joseph Jase, Olivia Jill, Indy, and Kane—each one a light in her life and a source of immense pride.

Tiffanni is preceded in death by her beloved grandmothers, Pilar and Suzie; her godfather, Martin Lopez; and other cherished grandparents, aunts, and uncles who held special places in her heart.
