Vidal Medina Gonzalez

Vidal Medina Gonzalez passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 14, 2026 in Royal Oaks, California at the age of 77.

He was born in Jalisco, Mexico to parents Francisca Gonzalez and Dolores Medina on September 27, 1948 along with his siblings Jesus Medina, Caritina Medina, and Margarita Medina.

Vidal was a hardworking and dedicated family man with an affinity for agriculture and farm life. He liked to spend time at the casino and travel to Mexico, and loved most of all to spend time with family.

Vidal is survived by his wife Lucia Medina Naranjo, his children Filemon Medina, Esther Medina, Sara Alanis, Edith Zepeda Medina, Abigail Medina, Francisca Maria Cosio Medina, Hector Medina, and Vidal Medina Jr. He also leaves behind 39 grandchildren, and many other beloved family and friends.

A viewing will be held at their family residence on Friday June 19, 2026 at 4:30 PM, followed by a Funeral Mass Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 11 AM, and a burial at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park.
