William "Bill" Peixoto

On Monday, August 4, 2025, William “Bill” Peixoto passed away at the age of 74.

A proud grandpa, Bill loved spending his time with his grandson, Arlo, going on adventure walks to the park and riding tractors at his apple orchard "Billy Bob Orchards". He was a lifelong farmer, carrying on the family orchard started by his father. He lived in Watsonville his entire life, graduating from Mora High School 1968. Bill was also a veteran, having served his country in Vietnam for the U.S. Army. He was a lifelong sports fan, especially of the Warriors, Giants and 49ers. Known for his farming knowledge, work ethic, and sense of humor, he will be forever missed and his memory cherished by all that knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Peixoto, his children, Zac (Claudia) Peixoto and Taryn (Ryan) Dreifus and his grandson, Arlo. Bill is also survived by his siblings, Louise Morris, Jim, Bobby, Dick and Gary Peixoto as well as many nieces and nephews.
