Adrian Ramirez

August 11, 1994 — March 27, 2021

Adrian Anthony Ramirez passed away on March 27, 2021, in Waitsburg, Washington. He was 26.

Born on August 11, 1994 in Watsonville, Ca to Steven Ramirez and Lillian Hungerford.  Adrian moved to Washington state during elementary school. He grew up splitting his time between his families in California and Washington.

Adrian enjoyed spending time with family and friends, making for many trips between states and lots of stories to share. He was very athletic; growing up he enjoyed playing baseball and soccer, but swimming was his favorite sport. He liked hardcore metal, moshpits and skateboarding. He was fearless on the board as he was in all parts of his life. An avid skateboarder who learned to ride as soon as he was able to walk. At 12 years old he won a contest to design a skatepark. He enjoyed teaching his younger cousins how to skate, just as his dad taught him. Adrian was very smart, intelligent beyond his years. He could carry a conversation on any subject. He was funny, quick witted and always had the best comebacks. A kid at heart, he loved children and bonded with all the kids in his life from cousins to friends kids; he wanted the best for them. He was so happy to be a new dad and was excited to start on a new path of being a father.

Adrian is survived by his son Alek, his girlfriend, Kaylee Jordan (mother of Alek), his dad, Steven Ramirez (Susan), his brother, Joseph, both his grandmothers, Lillian Soriano Ramirez (Gilbert) and Judith McDonald, his great grandmother, Candelaria Soriano, his aunt Elissa Soto (Juan), his cousins, Jeremiah and Demetrius Sosa, and numerous other aunts and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Hungerford, and both his grandfathers, Antonio Ramirez and Terry Hungerford.

A Memorial Service will be held at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
