Carmen Velasquez

Carmen Velasquez peacefully paced away surrounded by her family in Freedom Ca. on April 19, 2021. She was 59.

Carmen was born on July 14, 1961 to Benigno Ayala and Carolina Garcia. She was a hardworking woman devoted to her family. She was always happy and cheerful. She worked in the strawberry fields for years. She also cleaned houses for almost 20 years and was a business owner. She was a loving mother, caring friend, and an all-around selfless individual. She was a resident of Freedom.

She is survived by her husband Eugenio Velasquez, her children Jason Velasquez, Josue Velasquez and Alejandra Velasquez, 3 brothers and 2 sisters and many other loving family members and friends.

A Visitation will be held at Ave Maria Memorial Chape on April 27, 2021, from 5:00-9:00 with the Recitation of the Rosary at 5:00 PM. Mass will be celebrated the following day April 28, 2021 at Valley Catholic Church at 1:00 PM.
