Maria Estela Zamora

On January 2, 2020, Maria Estela Zamora peacefully passed away surrounded by family.

Maria was born on May 6, 1956 and was a native resident of Michoacan, Mexico.  She was a loving mother and grandmother, and loved seeing family together and having a good time with one another.  Maria was loved by many.

Maria was the daughter of Isidro Ortiz and Consuelo Ortiz.

She is survived by her husband Ramon Zamora, and her two daughters Rosa Zamora and Patricia Zamora.  She is also survived by her six brothers and sisters, Anita Ortiz, Gloria Ortiz, Raul Ortiz, Guillermo Ortiz, Alfredo Ortiz, and Federico Ortiz; along with six grandchildren.

Visitation services will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2020 5:00PM to 9:00PM with a rosary to be held at 7:00PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main St. Watsonville.  A mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church in Watsonville, CA on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 10:00AM.  Burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
