Richard “Dick” Lang peacefully passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 85.
Mr. Lang was born on February 7, 1935 in Iowa. He was very active in motorsports; everything from being on the pit crew at the Old San Jose Speedway, to 4-wheeling, to all aspects of motorcycle riding. From dirt and dual sport to street and touring, he was an avid rider. He was also a saddle bronc rider on the pro rodeo circuit in the early 1950’s.
He is preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Charles Lang, and also by his siblings, Robert Lang and Sharol Lang.
Mr. Lang is survived by his beloved wife Linda Lang; his three children, Faith Rogers, Kim Lang, and Richard; and by his sister, Bonnie Lang. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, April Rogers, Nichole Kuykendall, Shireen Boyd, Brandon Rogers, Daniel Miles, and Christopher Miles; and many great-grandchildren.
